This is website care: one engineer responsible for your site, end to end. You send a change; it gets made, reviewed, and deployed. No ticket queues, no agency markup, no "webmaster" who disappeared in 2019.
What's included every month
Up to 3 small changes, non-rollover. Each of these counts as one change:
- Update hours, pricing, menus, or schedule text
- Swap photos or images
- Add a staff bio
- Add a page using an existing layout, with copy you provide
- Technical on-page SEO fixes: meta tags, broken links, sitemap
What gets a written quote before work starts
Bigger jobs are welcome — they're just quoted first, in writing, so there are no surprises:
- New page layouts or redesigns
- Booking, payments, or online-store functionality
- Anything involving a backend, CMS, or migrating an existing WordPress/Wix site
- Ranking or marketing SEO of any kind

The simple site plus third-party tools embedded in it — Calendly booking, Tally forms, Stripe payment links. I embed and configure the basics; deeper admin work inside those tools is quoted.

Backends, content management systems, e-commerce, or taking over an existing site. Quoted individually for both the build and the retainer.
Website care, not IT support
The retainer covers your website: keeping it live, fast, and current. It is not general IT support — no email setup, no Google Business Profile management, no social media, no marketing or ranking SEO. That fence is what keeps the price at $100 and the response time honest.
You own it
- You own your domain and your content, always.
- Site code lives in my repository during the retainer.
- If you cancel: your site stays live for 30 days; you can buy the full site export plus repository for a flat $500; and your domain transfers out whenever you ask.
